'Perfectly Imperfect: A Mental Health Journey to Happiness' featuring Jenni Schaefer

Mississippi State's Department of Health Promotion and Wellness, Student Counseling Services, and Pi Beta Phi and Phi Mu sororities are sponsoring a lecture by best-selling author Jenni Schaefer, who will discuss her recovery from a variety of mental health problems, including anxiety, depression and perfectionism. She also will share insight on healing from disordered eating and negative body image, as well as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Schaefer's goal is to remind audience members in similar situations that they are not alone and empower them to discover a happier and more fulfilled life.
