Participants learn community-engaged learning theory, course design and pedagogy that can be used to improve student engagement, learning and development, social responsibility, and active citizenship. The program meets May 7-May 23 on Monday-Thursday from 9-11:30 a.m. Participants receive a $1,000 stipend, peer support, and one-on-one assistance to design a new community-engaged learning course or modify an existing course.
