Partnerships and Funded Projects: A Panel Discussion

October 19, 2021
1:00 pm to 2:30 pm

About this event

As funding streams emerge and evolve in response to unique societal challenges, administrative priorities and legislative policies of the day, partnerships among various types of institutions are essential to funding success, impactful research outcomes and inclusive program engagement.

MSU is well-positioned to maximize strong relationships with institutional partners, including community colleges, federally designated Minority Serving Institutions, and Historically Black Colleges and Universities, industry and workforce entities, and nonprofit organizations for broad impact.

Sponsored by MSU's Office of Research and Economic Development, this panel discussion featuring colleagues from these types of institutions will shed light on the benefits and opportunities of partnerships. Panelists will discuss best practices for mitigating the administrative and logistical challenges associated with fostering inter-institutional relationships on externally-funded projects.
