Mississippi State University junior guard Victoria Vivians delivered a double-double during the MSU women's basketball team's SEC opener on New Year's Day at Humphrey Coliseum. The Carthage native scored 24 points and added 12 rebounds to help the Bulldogs defeat LSU 74-48. MSU remains undefeated and is now ranked No. 4 in the latest national Associated Press poll, which is the highest ranking in program history.
