Mississippi State is bustling with new and returning students for the first day of classes Wednesday [Aug. 22]. Shades of Starkville on the Drill Field gave students the opportunity to visit booths and displays from a variety of student organizations, campus services and local businesses for information, samples, coupons and other free promotional items.
