Faculty and Staff PRO Chat: Strategic Self-Planning

Human Resources Management at Mississippi State is encouraging interested faculty and staff members to enroll in its next PRO Chat, which will focus on strategic self planning. Sometimes, life puts us in a rut where we are just going through the motions. When do we stop and ask "What’s next for me? How do we plan ahead?" World-renowned writer, speaker and activist Parker J. Palmer said, “Before you tell your life what you intend to do with it, listen for what it intends to do with you.” This session will focus on finding your passion, setting and seeking goals, preparing for the next step, and overcoming obstacles that may arise.
