Trick-or-Treat on the Row

Starkville area children are invited to wear their Halloween costumes and trick-or-treat at the fraternity and sorority houses on Mississippi State's campus. The annual costume carnival also will be held from 5-7 p.m. in the Junction. We look forward to seeing you!
