NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament First Round: South Dakota vs. Clemson

Mississippi State University is hosting the first and second rounds of the NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament! MSU's clear bag (HailState.com/clearbag) and metal detector screening policies (HailState.com/metaldetector) will be in effect. Prior to Coach Vic Schaefer and his top-seeded Bulldogs taking on the No. 16-seed Southern University Jaguars at 8:30 p.m., the No. 8-seed South Dakota Coyotes and No. 9-seed Clemson Tigers will face off at Humphrey Coliseum. Both games will be televised on ESPN2. The two winners will meet on Sunday with a tipoff time to be announced following the conclusion of all games on Friday. All-session reserved tickets for the first and second rounds are sold out. If any tickets from team allotments are returned, they will be available online only (HailState.com/tickets) starting at 8 a.m. Sunday.
