Early Bird Boot Camp sign-up at Sanderson
The Sanderson Center announces its Early Bird Boot Camp, a program designed for anyone at any fitness level, beginning June 1-July 31. Boot Camp will help you burn calories, build strength, tone up, and have fun in a group setting.
Classes will be held on the front lawn of the Sanderson Center (weather permitting) on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6:20 a.m. The rain location will be Studio A in the Sanderson Center. Space is limited, so sign up now in the center's Member Services Office.
