Founded in 2008, the MSU club ice hockey team has evolved into one of the university's most unique and exciting sport experiences. Part of the American Collegiate Hockey Association and the Southeastern Collegiate Hockey Conference, the team competes against conference and non-conference opponents in around 15-20 regular season games. With their season running from September through March, the Ice Dawgs hold practices at the Pelham Civic Complex in Pelham, Alabama, and play home games at the BancorpSouth Arena in Tupelo.
