26th Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Unity Breakfast and Day of Service

Mississippi State's Office of Institutional Diversity and Inclusion is honoring the life and legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. with its 26th Annual Unity Breakfast and Day of Service.

Breakfast will be served at 8 a.m., followed by a 9 a.m. program. Don Shaffer, an associate professor in MSU's Department of English and director of the university's African American Studies program will give a keynote address.

At the program's conclusion, attendees will be encouraged to participate in various service projects throughout the community. Those interested in serving as a site leader for these projects are encouraged to sign up at https://bit.ly/2PxFsyT.
