Join Mississippi State University Libraries, Bagley College of Engineering and Starkville High School for the 2026 Starkville Chess Tournament on Oct. 10 at Mitchell Memorial Library.

Players of all ages and skill levels are invited, with rated and unrated sections available. After the awards, stick around for a fun Blitz Tournament! 🏆

📍 Grisham Room, third floor, Mitchell Memorial Library
⏰ Check-in: 8-9:30 a.m. First round: 10 a.m.
💲 Registration: $15 before Oct. 3; $20 afterward and at the door
♟️ Chess sets will be provided
🥤 Light refreshments will be provided by MSU Libraries
