Students participating in Mississippi State's leaderSTATE Leadership Development Camp receive a guided tour from broadcast meteorology instructor Lindsey Morschauser at Hilbun Hall, home to the university's Department of Geosciences. Sponsored by the U.S. Army, the six-week-long summer camp is being held during June and July. In addition to leadership training, the camp teaches high school students enrolled in the Army Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) about science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields.
