    "Doing Bad by Doing Good" argues that knowledge constraints and perverse political incentives contribute to the failure humanitarian efforts. Three economics professors from George Mason University, including author Christopher Coynes, and four MSU professors - Barry Barnett, agricultural economics; Lindsey Peterson, sociology; Brian Shoup, political science & public administration; Claudia Williamson, finance & economics - will be the panelists.
