A free two-band outdoor music jam is being sponsored April 12 at Mississippi State by two university student organizations.
"Cowboy Mouth," a four-man Cajun rock group from Louisiana, will be joined by "Del Rendon and the Rum Drunks," a five-man club band from Starkville scheduled to release its first compact disc April 15.
The campus Residence Hall Association and Music Maker Productions are event organizers.
The music begins at 7 p.m. at the MSU amphitheater, located at the intersection of University Drive, Bully Boulevard and Russell Street Extended.
