AWARD WINNERS-Five Mississippi State staff members are being honored for service to the university. The Donald Zacharias Distinguished Staff Awards were presented during recent Staff Appreciation Day activities to one person in each employment category. The 2000 winners include (l-r) Jerry Odom of campus landscape, Bess Bragg of wildlife and fisheries, C.L. Hollinshead of physical plant, Beverly Smith of the College of Forest Resources, and Sammy McDavid of university relations. Named for the MSU's president emeritus, the annual honors are sponsored by the Professional and Support Staff Advisory Council. Not pictured is Dr. Nancy Cox, associate director of the Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station, who won in the executive, managerial and administrative category.
