The Campus Activities Board of Mississippi State University is sponsoring two colorful and informative public programs Tuesday through Thursday [Nov. 7-9] on campus.
On the 7th, the student MSU Fashion Board will present a "Fall Fling Fashion Show" at 7 p.m. in the Colvard Union ballroom. Admission is $2 and door prizes will be awarded.
The 45-member modeling group's presentation of seasonal wear is co-sponsored by Incredible Kitchin's, Sister's Fine Clothing, The Sundial, Fashion Accent, and Signatures, all of Starkville; Barron's and McRae's in Columbus; and Darby's in Noxapater.
On the 8th and 9th, the Sports Illustrated Campus Fest will welcome all from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at the MSU Amphitheater. The largest and most interactive of college tours, the free high-technology traveling show includes sporting activities, games, exhibits, and promotional displays. Prizes will be awarded in the competitive events.
In addition to Sports Illustrated magazine, Campus Fest is a national presentation of commercial products Pantene, Old Spice, Timberland, Akoo.Com, Reese Sticks, and Nutrageous.
