Students and others can get a peek at future possibilities when Mississippi State University holds Career Day next month.
Spring Career Day will take place Feb. 5 from 8:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Humphrey Coliseum.
"In addition to enrolled students, we are encouraging all interested Mississippi State alumni to attend," said Beth Land of the Career Services Center. "Participation is free to both groups."
Land, the center's assistant director, said more than 70 representatives from business, government, and non-profit and graduate and professional programs took part last spring.
In addition to full-time employment, Career Day provides information on internships and summer jobs, career planning, and opportunities at graduate and professional schools.
Land said display spaces still are available for employers and organizational representatives who have not yet signed up or previously participated.
"Career Days can offer tremendous opportunities for all involved," she added.
