An array of the latest designs in gowns and formal wear will be featured Feb. 6 at the 2001 Mississippi State University Bridal Fair.
Sponsored in the Colvard Union ballroom by the MSU Fashion Board and Campus Activities Board, the public event begins at 5:30 p.m. with individual displays of wedding merchandise available at area businesses. The modeling of outfits gets under way at 7.
Admission tickets are $5 each and may be purchased in advance at 118 Colvard Union or at the door prior to the start of activities. Throughout the program, door prizes will be awarded and refreshments will be available to participants.
Businesses represented at this year's showing include A Southern Wedding, McRae's, Ruth's, and Winphrey's Formal and Bridal Creations, all of Columbus; Avant Garde Salon, Kitchin's Withit, Park Place Salon, and The Sundial, all of Starkville; and House of Tux locations in Columbus, Starkville and West Point.
