A Mississippi State social sorority is sponsoring a Tuesday [April 3] barbecue dinner on the university campus to raise money for the fight against breast cancer.
The women of Zeta Tau Alpha are selling $6 tickets for a 5-8 p.m. meal prepared by Starkville's "Little Dooey" restaurant. Persons unable to eat at the sorority house on Robert Jones Circle may choose either carryout or delivery services provided by chapter members.
Funds raised through the event will be donated to the Dallas, Texas-based Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
