Seniors Parker Y. Wiseman and Kathryn Hooks are Mr. and Miss Mississippi State University for the 2002-03 school year. Wiseman, a political science and communication major, is president of the Student Association, the representative body for all individuals enrolled on the Starkville campus. Hooks, a communication major, is president of the Panhellenic Council, governing body for the national panhellenic sororities at MSU. They will be introduced formally on Saturday [Oct. 12] during halftime of the Homecoming football game with Troy State University.
