As Mississippi State celebrates its 125th year, two major faculty bodies are marking significant milestones in service at the university. During a combined reception late last week, nearly 50 current and former members of the Robert Holland Faculty Senate and University Committee on Courses and Curricula observed their groups' 50th and 30th years, respectively. The former is an elected assembly that advises the MSU president on campus-wide issues, while the latter, among other duties, reviews and recommends academic course and curricula changes. Welcoming reception participants were Holland Senate President Walter Diehl (l) and UCCC Chair Keith Belli.
