STARKVILLE, Miss.--Members of Mississippi State's Bagley College of Engineering with new textbooks include (l-r) Ray Vaughn, co-author of "Enterprise Information Systems Assurance and System Security: Managerial and Technical Issues" (Idea Group Pub.); Pat Fitzpatrick, author of "Hurricanes: A Reference Handbook, Second Edition" (ABC-CLIO Inc.); and Rand German, who wrote "AZ of Powder Metallurgy" (Elsevier Advanced Technology). Vaughn is Billie J. Ball Professor of Computer Science and Engineering; Fitzpatrick, GeoResources Institute associate research professor; and German, Center for Advanced Vehicular Systems director. Merrill Warkentin, (not pictured), a management and information systems professor at the university, is Vaughn's co-author.
