STARKVILLE, Miss.--Corie P. Stanford of Saltillo (c) is the new Miss Mississippi State University for the 2007-08 school year. The junior communication/broadcasting major will represent the school in next summer's Miss Mississippi Pageant in Vicksburg. Sophomore Natalie B. Bullard of Ripley (l) and senior Brittainy E. Childers of Aberdeen were named first and second runners-up, respectively, during the Wednesday night [Nov. 28] program in Lee Hall auditorium. Bullard is a communication/broadcasting and theater major, while Childers is majoring in management.
