Mississippi State University will host local leaders Friday [March 18] for an informal meeting about important issues of mutual interest.
Elected officials and representatives of the City of Starkville and Oktibbeha County, local economic developers and others will join MSU President Mark Keenum and the university's vice presidents in the Leo W. Seal M-Club Center at noon for lunch and general discussion.
Friday's meeting is the latest in a series, all of which are designed to enhance town and gown relationships.
Though this gathering is not open to the general public, interested members of the news media are welcome to cover the event.
