About this event
During this University Emergency Response Training session, participants will learn about ways to prepare for and respond to various emergencies that may occur on campus. The session will not be recorded or available for long-distance viewing. Questions and discussions are encouraged. Specific objectives include identifying ways to plan and prepare for campus emergencies and how to stay informed; discussing action steps for individuals and their department to take when various emergencies occur; and identifying ways to shelter in place, evacuate a building or evacuate campus as needed. To register for the session, visit learning.hrm.msstate.edu; enter your MSU NetID and NetPassword; click on "Learning Library" under the "My Community" tab near the top in the dark blue bar; scroll through the Learning Library to find "University Emergency Response Training" or search for the course title and read the course detail; click on "Select a timeslot" directly below the course detail; and scroll down and confirm by clicking "Book."
