'Connecting the Dots: A Healthier, Happier You'

The Mississippi State University Staff Council is hosting a "Connecting the Dots: A Healthier, Happier You" seminar that is open to all university staff members. The discussion will focus on emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social and spiritual health. Panelists include Christina Gladney, MSU assistant director for health promotion and sexual assault; Julie Kelly, fitness coordinator for MSU's Joe Frank Sanderson Center; Kim Kavalsky, coordinator for mental health outreach at MSU's Department of Health Promotion and Wellness; Dr. Cliff Story, executive director of University Health Services at MSU; and Taylor Van Dyk, MSU health and wellness dietitian. Light refreshments will be available. Pre-registration is required, as seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Click the "Link" below to register.
