Mississippi State University Libraries is hosting the 12th Annual Charles H. Templeton Ragtime and Jazz Festival with a focus on blues, jazz and ragtime. During a daytime program, 1920s and 30s-style blues aficionado Steve Cheseborough will give a presentation titled "Backwards Blues: From Concert Hall to Cottonfield."
