To engage Starkville and Oktibbeha County residents in health promotion efforts, Mississippi State University's Department of Food Science, Nutrition and Health Promotion is sponsoring a grocery store tour at the Walmart Neighborhood Market in Starkville. A nutrition expert will lead the tour and provide education on the nutritional value of various food items throughout the store. Participants will receive helpful tips for choosing the healthful food options.
