Submission Deadline: Leadership Excellence for Accomplished Professionals Program Nominations

Today by 5 p.m. is the deadline to submit nominations for Mississippi State University’s premier staff leadership program, Leadership Excellence for Accomplished Professionals. The mission of the LEAP program is to empower new supervisors and extremely high-performing employees with a heightened self-awareness, advanced knowledge and value-added leadership in a secure, but challenging environment. Since 2011, almost 60 percent of LEAP graduates have received a promotion and 70 percent of employees who participate in the LEAP program still work at MSU. LEAP is reserved for professional (exempt) staff, and every LEAP application must be approved by the corresponding division’s vice president.
