About this event

Cowbell Cleanup is a recycling initiative through Mississippi State's Office of Sustainability. In one-hour shifts, volunteers will walk around the Junction during home football games and pass out trash and recycling bags to fans. Volunteers also will help educate fans on recyclable materials to help promote a litter-free campus. Those interested in volunteering should contact Christine Lashley at cnc154@msstate.edu and arrive at the "Maroon Goes Green" tent in the Junction (next to the MSU Police tent near the M-Club gates) three hours prior to kickoff. Along with trash and recycling bags for distribution in the Junction, volunteers will receive a Maroon Goes Green T-shirt and reusable water bottle for their participation. Bring a friend or two, and let's work together to help keep our campus beautiful!
