About this event
This year, the U.S. Department of Agriculture National Institute of Food and Agriculture's Agriculture and Food Research Initiative features a new priority program area: Bioenergy, Natural Resources and Environment. This emerging area of interest supports research, education and extension projects designed to maintain and improve healthy agro-ecosystems. Nancy Cavallaro, national program leader for NIFA's Division of Global Climate Change, is presenting a webinar that will feature a discussion of the BNRE program area, including how it fits into the AFRI framework and best practices for successful applications. The live session will stream in the Office of Sponsored Projects Conference Room (Room 131G) in Etheredge Hall. A digital recording of the webinar will be available after the live streaming session. Those who would like to attend the live streaming session or request a copy of the digital recording should email Lauren Clark at lclark@osp.msstate.edu.
