Make A Difference Day 2018

Make A Difference Day is the most encompassing national day of helping others – a celebration of neighbors helping neighbors. This year, Volunteer Starkville and Mississippi State's Maroon Volunteer Center are celebrating Make a Difference Day by sponsoring a volunteer opportunity for members of the campus and local communities. Volunteers are needed to help with beautification efforts at service sites, including J.L. King Park, McKee Park and Odd Fellows Cemetery. Volunteers will receive their site assignments during check-in on Oct. 26 between 1 and 4 p.m. at the Maroon Volunteer Center, which is located in Room 306 at Moseley Hall on the Starkville campus.
