Today [March 1] by 11:59 p.m. is the deadline to submit an application for the Mississippi State University Women's Club Scholarship. Candidates for $500 scholarships must be full-time graduate students enrolled at MSU for both the summer and fall 2019 terms. Along with having U.S. citizenship and an overall GPA of 3.0 or above, students must submit a personal statement outlining their career plans, leadership and community service, as well as a curriculum vitae and contact information for three references via the Academic Works site. Since 1994, the Mississippi State University Women's Club has been awarding scholarships to outstanding female master's and doctoral students. Awards are given to students who demonstrate records of excellence in academics, leadership and service. Past awardees have come from a wide range of academic disciplines.
