About this event
Steeped in Southern rock, blues and soul, and mindful of tradition but itching to make a little history of its own, The Allman Betts Band is visiting the MSU Riley Center during its first-ever tour. Sons of three members of the storied Allman Brothers Band will take the stage: Devon Allman (son of Gregg) and Duane Betts (son of Dickey) on guitar and vocals, and Berry Oakley Jr. on bass. Slide guitarist Johnny Stachela, keyboardist John Ginty and drummer-percussionists R. Scott Bryan and John Lum round out the lineup. Celebrating the 50th anniversary of The Allman Brothers Band's creation, a new legend is born. Tickets are $39 and $33 at the MSU Riley Center Box Office, which is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tickets can be purchased online at www.msurileycenter.com or by phone at 601-696-2200. Click the link below for more information.
