Ham Radio License Testing Session

Are you interested in becoming a ham radio operator or upgrading your ham radio license class? Mississippi State's W5YD Amateur Radio Club is hosting a testing session to help those interested in obtaining or upgrading their FCC Amateur Radio license. Participants should bring a valid photo I.D. and $15 for the testing fee. Event organizers suggest that participants prepare by reviewing Gordon West’s "2018-2022 Technician Class" manual (available from online booksellers) or similar types of study guides. Students and non-students may participate. Walk-ins are welcome, but event organizers are asking those interested to first email msu.w5yd@gmail.com.
