About this event
Mississippi State's Department of Food Science, Nutrition and Health Promotion is conducting sensory panels for research. Three quarter-sized grilled chicken sandwich samples with tomatoes, lettuce and honey mustard will be provided to up to 100 panelists for free. Free soft drinks and/or snacks will be available after participants complete the taste tests. Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are preferred and can be completed by clicking here.
