About this event

Ruth Kiesling, a low-wage doughnut shop employee with a sardonic sense of humor and anger issues, steals the body of pre-Civil War President James Buchanan and holds it for ransom. Unfortunately, nobody wants the not exactly revered statesman back. René Auberjonois and M. Emmet Walsh co-star in this hilariously deadpan dark comedy that has won awards at several U.S. and European film festivals. The screening at the MSU Riley Center will feature an appearance by lead actress/executive producer Amanda Melby.

General admission tickets are $12 for the fourth and final show in the MSU Riley Center's inaugural summer Film Series. A season pass for all four films in the series is available for $36.

Tickets can be purchased at www.msurileycenter.com, by phone at 601-696-2200 or in person at the MSU Riley Center Box Office, which is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
