Sponsored by Mississippi State's Office of Research and Economic Development, this free program will walk participants through the process of reading a solicitation, Request for Proposal, or call for proposals. Eligibility, review criteria, preparation instructions, and other information pertinent to developing a competitive and responsive proposal will be discussed. Participants will learn how to use the solicitation as both a guide and tool for effectively conveying their project idea to a specific funder.
