About this event
Determining whether information is true can be challenging due to the availability of various online resources and fact-checkers, but it's important that students and scholars learn to differentiate between real and fake news in their day-to-day and academic lives.
This virtual workshop will teach participants how to recognize, avoid and combat misinformation, including fake news, false news, media bias and confirmation bias.
