'POPSpera'

The Starkville-MSU Symphony Association's Community Chorus and the MSU Opera Workshop in MSU's Department of Music are presenting POPSpera, an afternoon of Broadway and Opera favorites.

Free and open to all, the event will take place on the lawn of the Greensboro Center in Starkville.

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets and to dress as their favorite Broadway character! Masks are required and social distancing will be observed. (Please note: All SSO concerts are subject to change based on local and state restrictions and COVID-19 response protocols.)

The musical program includes:

• Rodgers and Hammerstein on Broadway - presented by the Community Chorus
• Opera and Broadway musical selections - presented by the MSU Opera Workshop
• Medley from "Les Misérables" - presented by the Community Chorus
