Poultry Science Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

MSU President Mark E. Keenum and administrators in the Division of Agriculture, Forestry and Veterinary Medicine is celebrating the completion of the new Poultry Science Building with a 2 p.m. ribbon-cutting ceremony on Nov. 9.
Located at 325 Wise Center Drive, the new Poultry Science Building is situated at the intersection of Blackjack Road and Hail State Boulevard at the south end of the MSU campus in Starkville.
Reuben Moore, interim vice president of the Division of Agriculture, Forestry and Veterinary Medicine, will preside over the ceremony.
In addition to Keenum, speakers include Mary Beck, poultry science department head; and Ryn Laster, director of food safety and animal welfare for Cal-Maine Foods Inc.
Small group tours of the building will commence immediately following the ceremony.
