Funder Mandates? How to Remain Compliant for Open Access and Open Data

March 4, 2021
2:30 pm to 4:00 pm

About this event

A growing number of research funders, such as NIH and NSF, now have policies requiring published work to be made available through an open access route.

Mississippi State's Office of Research and Economic Development is hosting a virtual workshop that will explore funder mandates for open access and open data and summarize some key points. Under the direction of MSU Libraries Associate Professor Mary Ann Jones, participants will examine tools and investigate resources to use for ensuring compliance with these mandates.

Responsible Conduct of Research credit will be given for attendance.
