The MaxxSouth Digital Media Center Maker Space is hosting a Summer Sewing Series. Melanie Harris, an instructor, costumer and theatre operations manager from the MSU Department of Communications, will lead these sessions. In this lesson she will show you how to choose the right fabric for the project, machine settings for different fabrics and how to lay out patterns for cutting.
