The study and application of Data Science transcends disciplines and sectors and offers unique opportunities for MSU to be on the cutting edge of teaching and research with regard to emerging technologies.

The Office of Research and Economic Development and the Data Science Program will host a forum from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 25 to discuss the current state of—and opportunities developing in—data science, to broaden engagement on this topic across campus for future collaboration, and to identify institutional capacities for emerging opportunities. We invite you to join us in welcoming guests and our MSU colleagues across colleges to learn more about the future of Data Science at MSU and beyond.

The half-day program includes a keynote and panel discussion followed by a series of brief presentations on academic and research insights on Data Science initiatives across MSU.
