We’re excited to announce our Hail State Tailgate Competition, happening this Friday, Aug. 30! In the past this has been the College Colors Day Competition.

This is your chance to showcase your department’s spirit and creativity for a chance to win a special visit from our live mascot, Bully XXII!

Here’s how you can get involved:

• Get Your Team Together: Plan a fun and spirited tailgate setup right in your office or just wear maroon to show your support!
• Capture the Moment: Take a picture or video of your department in full tailgate mode or wearing Maroon.
• Share the Fun: Post your tailgate photos or videos on Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter) or TikTok. Be sure to tag @hailstatestyle so we can see your awesome team spirit!
• Win Big: The department or group with the most spirited tailgate will be rewarded with a visit from our beloved mascot, Bully XXII!
• Bonus Tip: Consider using licensed Mississippi State University products to wear or use at your tailgate. Not only will it enhance your tailgate look, but it also supports our university!
