Ava Haider of Huntsville, Alabama, learns how to perform an intubation procedure on a dog model during Veterinary Camp at Mississippi State's College of Veterinary Medicine. Haider was among 43 campers who enjoyed hands-on learning experiences at the summer program's recent day camp session. Led by CVM faculty and current students, Veterinary Camp provides a fun, interactive environment in which students age 13-17 can learn about educational and career opportunities in veterinary medicine.
