Distinguished Mississippi State University alumnus Hassell H. Franklin of Houston, who received an honorary Doctor of Public Service degree for lifetime achievements and longtime major support of MSU programs on Nov. 25, spent time with grandson Rob Franklin and great-grandson Henry Franklin prior to receiving the honor in the Humphrey Coliseum.
