Colton Freeman, left, a senior agricultural engineering technology and business major, and Assistant Herder Sarah Montgomery work to sort cows at the H.H. Leveck Animal Research Center, commonly known as South Farm. Freeman and Montgomery are among the "Campus Cowboys" that are responsible for the approximately 500 cattle that are part of the Starkville campus herd. For more on the Campus Cowboys and the research carried out on South Farm, see the most recent issue of Alumnus magazine.
