MSU's R.R. Foil Plant Science Research Center provides a relaxing backdrop to unwind after a busy spring semester. Also known to many as North Farm, the area includes 650 acres which house the MSU Veterans Memorial Rose Garden, Soil-Atmosphere-Plant-Research facility, Mississippi Trial Gardens and row-crop research plots. In addition to research by the Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station, the farm also is used for Extension outreach and educational demonstrations for producers across Mississippi and the Midsouth.
